Recommended Online Resources
The internet has changed our lives forever, no question about it. We’re all very aware that it’s a two-faced giant, though–there are as many destructive sites as there are helpful ones. These are a few of the good ones. If you would like to suggest resources to share here, just leave a comment. I’ll check them out and add those that may have a broad appeal to our readers.
Olive Tree Bible Software offers great software for your mobile device. I’ve used the iPhone and Palm OS versions, but there are versions for just about every mobile phone or handheld device imaginable.
Bible Gateway is my favorite online Bible! Search multiple versions at the same time, or compare a passage in several different versions. Bible Gateway is a free service, and includes cross-references, textual notes, and even a topical index!
Dilbert comics online–if you work in an office, you’ll meet someone in the Dilbert world that seems amazingly familiar! If you see something that offends you, please understand I have no control over the content of the Dilbert site.
